Here’s how we can help!

All of our services are free and confidential, and our baby’s fathers are always welcome!

  • We’re here to walk alongside you with practical support and compassionate guidance. Whether you're navigating a new pregnancy or caring for a growing family, here are some of the ways we can help

    • Pregnancy tests

    • Pregnancy education

    • Hands on parenting and birth classes

    • Support with finding a physician when needed

    • Referrals to community resources

    • Adoption support when needed

    • Help applying for medicaid, food stamps/TANF, etc. when needed, through ACCESS

    • Meeting with parents, boyfriends, husbands or others to promote support and understanding

    • Discussion and accurate information about your options

    • Diapers and wipes

    • New and gently used baby clothes and other material goods

    • Bible studies and devotions

    • GED support

  • North River Care offers personalized education plans designed for each client. You and your support team can attend weekly classes to learn and earn items for yourself or your baby. Classes may include:

    • Healthy eating and meal preparation for mom, family and for baby

    • Different stages of pregnancy and what to expect

    • Childbirth and labor

    • How to care for baby

    • Child safety/Car seat use

    • Breastfeeding and/or formula feeding

    • Birth plans

    • Educational goals and plans

    • Budgeting

    • Adoption option and support throughout and after the pregnancy

We seek to assist each client with material goods, spiritual needs and resources available in our community.

Education

We seek to educate and inform our clients about all of their options with accurate and truthful information. We then offer educational classes and support in pregnancy, giving birth, parenting or adoption information and support.

Compassion

We seek to love each client with compassion, understanding and care without judging.

Relational

We seek to build healthy relationships with others by learning to communicate, by raising self esteem and by support throughout the pregnancy and beyond.

North River Care Pregnancy Center is not an abortion facility and does not provide or refer for abortion services.

However, if you’ve experienced an abortion and are hurting, we’re here for you. We offer support, prayer, and resources to help you find healing.
